Returns

In order to return the product, it must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have the original label.
To get a refund, we need a receipt/proof of purchase.



Returns if the size does not fit
We accept returns if the size does not fit. Simply contact us at our email support@clara-melbourne.shop. Please check the size chart for the product before ordering.


Refunds (if applicable)

At Clara you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal and return. The products must not have been used at the time of return.
In the event of a return, you will receive a refund or credit within 30 days of sending your return to us, but not before the product has been received and checked by us. Always fill in the enclosed returns form. You can return the goods in the same packaging in which they were delivered. Remember to add postage to the shipment. If you regret your purchase or want to exchange, you must pay for the return shipping yourself.



If you have received an item that is faulty or has been mishandled, we will pay the return shipping. In this case, please contact our customer service for further instructions at support@clara-melbourne.shop


In the event of a return, we will refund your money within 30 days of the return being notified to us, but not before the item has been received and inspected by us.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable



Delay or lack of funds (if applicable).

If you haven't received the funds, please contact the bank again as it may take a while for the funds to reach the card.
