Please note that during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs procedures outside of our control, delays may occur.
Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.
Depending on your location in Australia, customs or import fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Responsibility
Once the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the parcel is transferred to the customer.

Once an order has been processed by our supplier, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
